The treatment is done laying down or sitting - you can only relax. I will scan your energy field and balance your chakras. The session will be tailored to your specific needs. You’ll also receive techniques to do at home with your own voice. Remember to drink lots of water after the treatment. Sound healing works through resonance and entrainment. To simplify, every living cell, every organ, every living organism vibrates at a certain frequency. When you vibrate a tuning fork in the note ‘C’, a tuning fork located nearby in the same note, will start vibrating automatically. This means that if we are out of balance, stressed or out-of-tune, vibrating the good, healthy frequency back to us, will through resonance tune our cells back to harmony.
